Public oversight and governance for community facilities

The Richland Public Facilities District is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the City of Richland. The Board provides policy direction, financial oversight, and accountability to ensure the district fulfills its public purpose.

Board members are appointed by the City of Richland.

Liaisons

Liaisons serve in an advisory and coordination role, helping facilitate communication between RPFD and partner organizations. Liaisons do not have governing authority and do not vote.
