MISSION
The Richland Public Facilities District’s mission is to plan, finance, and steward a cluster of public facilities in Columbia Park West that enrich the cultural life of Richland and the Mid-Columbia region, support tourism, and strengthen long-term economic development.
VISION
Columbia Park West will become a vibrant, region-wide destination where arts, culture, education, and community come together along the Columbia River.
Through a thoughtfully planned campus of museums, performing arts venues, and public gathering spaces, RPFD envisions a place that serves all ages, honors the region’s history and ecology, and enhances quality of life for generations.
This vision will unfold over several decades through public engagement, partnerships, and transparent planning.
