Accessing Richland Public Facilities District Records
The Richland Public Facilities District (RPFD) provides access to public records in accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act.
Public records may be requested using the Public Records Request Form available below. Requests may also be submitted in person, orally, by mail, fax, or email.

Inspection of Public Records
Public records are available for inspection and copying during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Arrangements to inspect records must be made in advance. Records must be inspected at the Richland Public Facilities District office.
Public Records Fees
The following fees may apply to copies or electronic delivery of public records:

First 10 pages: No charge

Paper copies: $0.15 per page

Records scanned into electronic format: $0.10 per page

Electronic files or attachments: $0.05 for every four files or attachments provided electronically

Electronic transmission: $0.10 per gigabyte

Storage media, containers, and envelopes: Actual cost

Postage or delivery: Actual cost
Charges may be combined when more than one type of charge applies.
Payment is required prior to the release of records. RPFD may require a deposit of up to 10% of the estimated copying costs.
For requests involving a large number of records, RPFD may provide records for inspection or copying in partial installments.
