The Richland Public Facilities District (RPFD) is committed to conducting procurement activities in a manner that promotes fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of public resources.
From time to time, the District solicits qualifications, proposals, bids, or other competitive responses for professional services, consulting, construction, equipment, and other goods and services needed to support District operations and future public facility development.

Procurement Process
The RPFD follows applicable provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), District resolutions, and established procurement procedures when acquiring goods and services.
Depending on the nature and scope of a project, procurement may include:

MRSC Rosters
Contractor, Consultant & Vendor Registration
RPFD participates in MRSC Rosters, a centralized roster service used by Washington public agencies to identify contractors, consultants, and vendors for eligible procurement opportunities.
Businesses interested in working with RPFD are encouraged to register with MRSC Rosters and select the Richland Public Facilities District among the public agencies they would like to work with.
MRSC Rosters maintains three primary roster types:

Small Works Roster: For eligible construction, renovation, repair, improvement, and other public works projects.

Consultant Roster: For architecture, engineering, planning, design, management, financial, communications, environmental, technology, and other professional or technical consulting services.

Vendor Roster: For goods, equipment, maintenance, and other purchased services.
