The Richland Public Facilities District is committed to transparency and public access to board meeting materials. Agendas are posted prior to each Board meeting, and approved meeting minutes are posted after approval by the Board of Directors.
The RPFD Board meets at 5:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the REACH Museum, unless otherwise noted.

Regular meetings of the RPFD Board are held at 5:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the REACH Museum, unless otherwise noted on the posted agenda.

Members of the public may attend meetings in person or remotely through Zoom.

Public Comment
The RPFD Board welcomes public comment at its regular meetings. Members of the public may provide comments during the designated public comment period or submit written comments by email to info@richlandpfd.org. Individuals who have difficulty attending in person and need to provide oral comment remotely should contact the RPFD in advance so that remote participation can be arranged when feasible. PUBLIC COMMENT GUIDELINES Public comment is an opportunity to address the Board and is not a question-and-answer period. The Board Chair may establish reasonable time limits and procedures to provide participants with an opportunity to speak and to conduct the meeting in an orderly manner. Written comments will be distributed to Board members but may not be read aloud during the meeting. Comments and correspondence submitted to the RPFD may be subject to disclosure under Washington’s Public Records Act. Public comment procedures for special meetings, if offered, will be identified on the meeting agenda.
